Whew, how y’all doing? No seriously?
Let me first off say I can’t believe this is my second post of 2020. I had every intention to be back long before now but like everyone else my 2020 looks a lot different then I planned.
I’m trying to find my grove, here on the east coast we are a little over 2 months into this and I've had good days and bad days. This month being focused on mental health is perfect timing. I've found getting into and trying to keep someone of a routine to be super beneficial to my mental health.
A few things that keep my anxiety at bay are:
Calming podcasts: I love the Brene Brown Podcast Unlocking us for great conversations surrounding the stress this pandemic has caused.
Spiritual routine: Bible reading is another source of comfort and can be a great way to start the day or end the day before food.
Daily Walks: Walking or at home workouts change my whole mood, staying focused on doing them daily can be tough but even doing them 3 times a week can be great for your overall health.
