Elevating Our Kitchen PT.1 With Ruggable

Hey there beautiful people,

If you follow me over on Instagram then you know I'm in the process of improving my apartment and sharing the process as I go. Next up on my to-do list was tackling the kitchen.

Since the start of Covid-19 I've definitely been in the kitchen much more and making meals at home. That made me realize that our apartment kitchen didn't have the best feel or functionality. As you all know I am a huge fan of ruggable, so when the time came to replace the runner in our kitchen the choice was easy. I opted for a light color to help with making the overall space feel larger and brighter. This stain resistant option from ruggable it the perfect choice for this high traction area.

I also added complimentary towels to elevate the overall vibe of the kitchen. These decorative towels from Geometry are AMAZING they aren't just beautiful but so functional and absorbent. I also added a better storage system for our most used pots and pans. Then I did a deep clean of the space. I mean a DEEP clean. This helped me purge any items that were junky and in the way and made the flow of the kitchen much better and even feel more spacious.
